Gulf Shores 2009

The entire McKee clan headed to Gulf Shores for a week. It was babies everywhere! It was VERY relaxing and much fun. It's been years since I've spent more than a day or two with Scott and it was the first time Tucker and Carly spent more than a couple of days together. It was delightful chaos. :)

All week long, she pointed at all sorts of random things and said, "Mama," with the true belief in her eyes that she was correctly identifying the object. :)

Uh-Oh!

Tucker has discovered the phrase "Uh-oh". She now uses it constantly and has added this hand gesture to it. We're not sure where she discovered this gesture, but it's about the cutest thing you'll ever see. (Of course, that cuteness ends at about the tenth time she intentionally knocks over her milk just so she can say, "Uh-oh.") haha!

For the first time ever, someone put his hat on Tucker's head and she didn't begin chanting my name and crying in fear. Unfortunately, it was THIS hat. :-D tee-hee!

My How Time Flies!

Ten days after Tucker turned one, I turned Thirty! I had an amazing day! Drew and I went to Six Flags and hit all my favorite rides (including Batman THREE TIMES - it's my all-time fave)! When we returned home, Will (and Ashley in absentia) had decorated the house as payback for my forking their yard with 30 balloons on Will's 30th birthday. Then the five of us (the Halls, and our threesome) went to Maggiano's to stuff ourself WAY past full. It was a great day!!!
