That's right, folks! We have a contract on this puppy!
By the end of June, we should actually be living in this baby - IN Georgia!!! How tremendously thrilling!!! :-)

Took the tour! Great diggs. Looks like you'll have fun redoing the kitchen. Not that rocks aren't nice in a kitchen but not real fake rocks! Ouch!
I think your yard is big enough to enjoy without having to spend all you time and income maintaining.
