Crafty Critter

As I mentioned yesterday (and probably a couple of times last week - NOT that I was excited or anything), I went to a scrapbooking retreat (or CRAPbooking as one of my neigh-saying friends used to call it) with Crazy Aunt. (I wonder how much she loves that that's become her official name on my blog. I wonder if she even reads enough to know that that's become her nickname here.) It was really a blast and there will be more stories to follow - one a hysterical and painful incident and another some commentary on women. But for Crafty Critter today, I just HAD to share some of what I accomplished this weekend. (If you don't care about scrapbooking or the AMAZING ART - ok, that might be an overstatement - that I can create with paper, then just enjoy the pics of Little Bit.)
This is my stack of finished pages with which I returned.
And here are some of my favorite pages from the weekend:

I love getting a little stress relief AND having something to show in the end.
Love & Shipoopies,
Leslie

I'm not really a scrapbooker, but I love what you did with those pages! I really like the June one! I may have to steal that idea sometime:)

Holy smokes you got A LOT accomplished! I usually just sit there & stare at my pages forever. I haven't scrapped in so long, I'm a little jealous of you right now lol :) Your Little Bit is ADORABLE!!!

Myya - thanks! Next week's Crafty Critter, I'll probably go through my process for getting organized BEFORE a retreat so I can get more done while there. :) It took me a while, but I have a great system. :)

SO PRETTY! I should go to one of these things.

Whenever anyone thinks anything I've ever put together is good, I can't resist following up with "but you should see what my friend Leslie can do..." :-D

Marisa, that's SO sweet! I still say my scrapbook page you made me is one of the most thoughtful gifts I ever got! I'll let you know when my next retreat is and you can come join me if you like. :) OR next time you're in the ATL, I'll call a few friends over and we'll have one here. :)
